Stan is the founder of GDK & Company, formerly known as Greenwald Underwriting Associates. Drawing on more than 50 years of industry experience, he consults with family business owners in the areas of wealth-transfer, business-succession, and estate planning and analysis.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University, with major sequences in life insurance and real estate. He has been a Chartered Life Underwriter and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table since 1963, and a Chartered Financial Consultant since 1985.

He is a past president of Canton Association of Life Underwriters and a member/shareholder of M Financial Group, a national network of independent financial-service firms. He is a noted speaker to industry, civic, and educational groups.

Stan and his wife, Charlotte, reside in North Canton, and enjoy golf and skiing.
